Traveling with a Companion:

For just an additional £500, you may bring a companion — such as a spouse, friend, or family member — plus one child under the age of 2 years. This covers their:

• Round-trip flight
• Shared hotel accommodation
• Ground transportation

Bringing someone along can make your recovery smoother and more enjoyable, all while exploring Jordan together.

 

Important Notes:

• Visa on arrival is available for British citizens (40 JOD).
• Entry to tourist sites is optional and costs around 100 JOD.
• We are not responsible for any cancellations, delays or schedule changes made by airline.

 

Cancellation Policy

If the surgery is cancelled — whether due to medical reasons or any other circumstances — a refund of £500 will be issued to the patient. This amount covers part of the total package and is returned as a goodwill gesture for unused surgical services.

Please note that all other non-medical components of the trip (including flights, accommodation, and tours) are non-refundable once booked, as they are arranged through third-party providers.
